Gastronomic avant-garde students at the Basque Culinary Center travel to the Basque Country of 1966 to discover the Gaur and Ez dok amairu cultural movements. Inspired by them, they create a menu called Bihar dok 13. The documentary shows their creative process and brings together key figures of Basque culture for a final meal.
